After a successful launch in China last year, the Gionee S6 has finally landed on Indian shores. The main selling feature of the smartphone is the 89% metal body with a screen to body ratio of 77.8% owing to the 5.5” screen.
Having a resolution of 720x1280p, the S6 is powered by a MediaTek MT6753 octa-core chip and a Mali T720 graphics processor. 3GB RAM, 32GB internal memory (expandable upto 128GB) and a 3,150mAh battery round up the specifications. There’s also a 13MP rear LED flash and a 5MP front camera.
The above hardware runs on a modified Android 5.1 with the AMIGO 3.1.
Out now in 3 colours – Gold, Silver and Rose Gold, the S6 is available for sale on Flipkart at Rs. 19,999.
