Motorola Introduces moto g14 at Rs. 9,249

Motorola launches moto g14 smartphone. The 16.5cm (6.5”) Full HD+ display brings visual content with picture-perfect clarity. moto g14 redefines high definition, featuring a 20:9 aspect ratio, punch hole design with extremely slim bezels, leaving more room to work and play. The stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos® enhance the overall sound experience. With Spatial Sound by Moto, the audio output feels more immersive and filling. 

Under the hood, users will find a powerful UNISOC T616 octa-core processor with 4GB RAM powering the moto g14. Engineered to deliver an ultra-smooth experience, the 4GB LPDDR4X RAM makes the phone respond instantly to every single touch, tap, and swipe. It also comes with a large and 128GB storage with segment leading UFS 2.2 technology to enable faster read write speeds. For those who need more space, the device comes with a dedicated micro SD slot that can be expanded up to 1TB, in addition to two SIM slots.

Motorola launches new TWS Headphones and Verve-series Neckbands

Representing the much more affordable range of audio products in the market today, Motorola’s new Verve series of neckbands do offer some impressive features like the smart voice assistant, water and dust resistance, and being stylish in their own unique ways. Motorola has launched the following products:

Verve Buds 100: These TWS headphones have three different earbud gel sizes to ensure a good fit. Offering noise reduction, Motorola claims that these headphones ‘offer a crystal clear calling experience and powerful bass performance’. The Verve Buds 100 are also equipped with a multi-function touch button which enable users to manage calls, skip songs, control the volume, and activate their preferred voice assistant (Alexa, Siri, or Google). These headphones offer a battery life of up to 14 hours. The Verve Buds 100 cost Rs. 2,699.

Vere Rap105: Providing flexibility while on the move through a design that locks together on the shoulder and neck when not in use, the Verve Rap105 are a sleek and earbud-style neckband that offer up to 8 hours of battery life. This neckband is integrated with a microphone and 15mm speaker drivers. The Verve Rap105 produce ‘deep bass with an enhanced sound quality’. The Verve Rap105 costs Rs. 1,699.

Motorola launches One Fusion+ at an aggressive price

After releasing smartphones like the Razr, Edge+, and G8 Power Lite, Motorola is strengthening their impressive portfolio with the release of the One Fusion+ in the value smartphone range. Priced at Rs. 16,999, the One Fusion+ is equipped with a superior processor and few more features as compared to smartphones in the same range. The One Fusion+ set to release on June 24, 2020.

Compared to other variants available globally, the Motorola One Fusion+ in India comes with a superior Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chipset and a 6GB RAM. The One Fusion+ features a 6.5” Total Vision Full HD+ display in a bezel-less design. The front camera is a pop-up 16MP lens.

The Motorola One Fusion+ is also HDR10 certified and uses a DCI-P3 colour space that offers a 25% larger colour gamut than sRBG. The One Fusion+ runs on Android 10 and also houses a large 5000mAh battery, along with offering 128GB of storage which can be expanded to 1TB, answering to the heavy storage needs of today’s consumers.  

Like many other value smartphones in the same range, the One Fusion+ also houses a quad-cam setup in the rear, with a 64MP main camera which is equipped with a ‘quad pixel technology’ and a ‘Night Vision’ mode which increases the light-sensitivity by a factor of 4 in low-light conditions. The other three cameras consist of the 118-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, a macro camera and a depth sensor which helps taking portraits where the backgrounds are blurred.

Moto G8 Power Lite’s takes on the entry-level smartphone market

What is possibly one of Motorola’s most affordable smartphones yet, the Moto G8 Power Lite may just be a strong competitor in the saturated entry-level smartphone market, competing against the likes of Realme Narzo 10. The Moto G8 Power Lite is priced at a highly-affordable price of Rs. 8,999 and it’s available only in the 4GB+64GB variant with a host of other features.

The Moto G8 Power Lite is equipped with a 6.5-inch Max Vision HD+ display, with an aspect ratio of 20:9. Powered by a 2.3GHz MediaTek Helio P35 octa-core processor, the Moto G8 Power Lite offers a storage capacity of 64GB and can be pushed to accommodate up to an additional 256GB of data through a dedicated microSD slot. It also offers a large 5000mAh battery and Motorola claims that the phone can run for a maximum period of 2 days on a single charge. Additionally, the Moto G8 Power Lite runs on Android 9.0 (Pie).

The Moto G8 Power Lite features a triple camera system in the rear, with a 16MP f/2 camera with phase detection autofocus (PDAF), a 2MP f/2.4 macro camera and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor which helps with better portraits.

For its price, the Moto G8 Power Lite features some unique features like ‘Moto Actions’, where the phone flashlight can be turned on when one chops down twice with the phone and a launching a camera gets easier by just twisting one’s wrist twice. It also features a sneaky fingerprint reader located within the phone’s logo.

The Moto G8 Power Lite will be on sale through Flipkart on May 29, 2020 and is available in two colours, which are Royal Blue and Arctic Blue.
