French consumer electronics brand THOMSON has expanded its JioTele OS television portfolio with the launch of 32-inch QLED smart TVs, extending the platform to India’s most widely sold TV screen size after seeing strong traction for the operating system in larger models.
Riding on the strong market response to its previously launched JioTele OS televisions in larger screen sizes, THOMSON is now bringing the Jio-powered TV experience to India’s largest and most price-sensitive segment. Aggressively priced at INR 9499 the new 32 inch THOMSON JIO Tele OS Tvs will be exclusively available on FLIPKART starting 22nd January, 2026.
The move positions THOMSON to tap into the country’s high-volume entry and mid-level smart TV market, where 32-inch televisions continue to dominate sales, especially in bedrooms, small apartments and as secondary household screens.
The new model, 32TJHQ002, features a bezel-less QLED panel with HD Ready resolution, 350 nits brightness and HDR support, aimed at offering a more premium viewing experience in a segment traditionally driven by price sensitivity.
With this launch, THOMSON is also deepening its integration with the Jio digital ecosystem. The television runs on the JioTele OS, providing access to 400+ free live TV channels, 300+ JioGames and a wide range of global and regional OTT platforms via the Jio Store. The platform also includes AI-based content recommendations and a dedicated sports mode, reflecting the growing demand for live sports and personalized discovery on connected TVs.

In terms of hardware, the TV comes equipped with 36W stereo box speakers with surround sound support and multiple sound modes including standard, movie, sport and music. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, two HDMI ports with ARC and CEC, two USB ports, and optical digital audio output, allowing users to connect external speakers, headphones and gaming accessories.
The device is powered by an Amlogic processor, paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage, and is operated through a voice-enabled remote control that supports multiple Indian languages. The remote also features dedicated shortcut keys for Netflix, JioCinema, Jio Hotstar and YouTube, enabling quicker access to popular streaming platforms.
