Acer has announced a variety of new devices from the Aspire, Nitro and GX series all running on Windows 10 OS. The range includes laptops and desktop range.
The Acer Aspire V Nitro runs on the latest 7th Gen Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor and Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 graphics card. The Black Edition of Aspire V Nitro has the option of Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 (6GB GDDR5 VRAM) with the choice of upgrading to 32GB RAM. There is a choice of 15″ and 17″ display. A built-in fingerprint reader is present on the laptop and it also comes with optional Tobii Eye tracking module for the 17″ model. The Predator 17x model has been updated to include the latest 7th Gen Intel Core i7-7820HK processor and Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 graphics card.
The Aspire VX 15 is powered by 7th Gen Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050Ti with GDDR5 VRAM and 16GB DDR4 RAM expandable upto 32GB. For storage there is a 512GB SSD and 1TB HDD. Red colour dominates the device with the matching chassis and backlit keyboard. Dual fans help keep temperatures low with the heat getting expelled through large cooling vents. Audio is enhanced with Dolby Audio Premium and Acer TrueHarmony Sound while visuals are displayed on a 15.6″ Full HD IPS screen.
The Acer Aspire GX series desktop models are VR Ready running on 7th Gen Intel Core processor, upto 64GB DDR4 RAM and Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 graphics. 3TB HDD and a 256GB SSD are available for storage while a wireless charging deck can help keep mobile devices powered. The GX desktop is capable of 4K resolution and can support upto 41 displays. The design of the chasis features armour inspired housing with front facing LED lighting emitting a red glow.
