Sony recently unveiled the first X series models, the Xperia X and Xperia XA in India. The X series primarily focuses on 3 areas – camera, battery and design. The 23MP rear camera in the Xperia X boasts of a 0.6 second response time with Intelligent autofocus for clearer photos. It also offers a 1/2.3” 23MP camera featuring 24mm wide in-house G Lens while the 13MP front camera has a high sensitivity wide angle front camera with Sony Exmor RS. This makes the front camera work well even in low light conditions.
The camera on the Xperia XA produces selfies and groupies with 88 degrees wide angle which allows a user to capture more in the frame. It also includes low light technology and extra sensitivity which clicks images even in tough conditions.
The Xperia X is priced at Rs. 48,990 and will be available from 7 June onwards. The cheaper Xperia XA costs Rs. 20,990 and will go on sale from the third week of June. The ‘X’ range will be sold exclusively on Amazon and for a limited period customers will get free content along with various subscriptions.
