Samsung has introduced the 32GB storage variants of the Galaxy J5 Prime (pictured above) and Galaxy J7 Prime in the country today. They were originally launched in September 2016 with 16GB storage.
The J7 Prime runs on an octa-core Exynos 7870 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage expandable upto 256GB via microSD, 3300mAh battery and has a 5.5″ FHD display. Coming to the optics, there is a 13MP rear f/1.9 aperture AutoFocus camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera. Coming to the software, Samsung TouchWiz UI is running atop Android Marshmallow with new features like S Secure and S Power Planning. Returning modes like S Bike and ultra-data saving make a return from the older models.The J5 Prime has the exact same specifications as the J7 with the exception of the smaller 5″ HD display and 2400mAh battery.
The J5 Prime is priced at Rs.14,900 while the J7 Prime is sold at Rs.16,900. It will be available online as well as offline.
