Venue: BEC, Mumbai | Booth: Hall 1- B34
The new LIVA P500 H610 Box PC, equipped with Intel® up to Core™ i9 processor, delivers exceptional efficiency and speed from its 24-core computing. Installing a graphics card via the PCIe x16 slot enhances AOI inspection with fast GPU computing to accurately identify faults and defects. With robust 5G/LTE, wireless and dual LAN connectivity, it ensures real-time data transmission with low latency. The rich I/O ports, including USB Type A, Type C, PCIe x1, HMDI™ and serial ports, make it easy to connect cameras and sensors, or upgrade with edge computing accelerators and storage expansion. It can also pair with AI vision robot arms for extensive uses in printed circuit board (PCB), semiconductor, petrochemical, or construction inspections while supporting three display outputs.
“AI machine vision learning in AOI inspection systems can generate data for fast training to enhance accuracy, quality and inspection capacity. It saves time and labor cost, avoiding misjudgment from human visual fatigue,” said Ken Cheng, general manager of ECSIPC. “We effectively help clients transition to automation, reducing false alarm by 80%, increase inspection capacity by 20%, and boost the overall manufacturing capacity by 5%.”
In addition to the AOI solution, ECSIPC will showcase a full array of new LIVA Mini PCs and motherboards to meet various demands in industrial environments. Display products include the new LIVA Z5 PLUS and LIVA Z7 PLUS Mini PC for powerful computing, the fanless M600 Box PC for smart shelves, and the wide-temperature ADLN-IEI motherboard for parking surveillance and robotic arms.
