Indian hardware manufacturer RDP has launched the ThinBook, calling it “India’s cheapest 14.1 inch laptop”. The device has been developed in association with Microsoft and Intel aiming to capture consumers in the market for ultra-affordable laptops.
The low-weight device can perform basic productivity tasks like browsing, word processors etc. It offers upto 8.5 hours of battery backup and around 4-5 hours when using Wi-Fi. This is their first product for consumers and will be soon be expanding their range with products like tablets, convertibles soon.
The Thinbook has been priced at Rs.9,999.
