Measuring just 3.46cm in height, the LIVA Q1D and Q1L mini PCs – launched by Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) – aim to cater to the needs of individuals and businesses who are strapped for space. The Liva mini-PCs are extremely compact and are also good for a host of other applications in schools, retail outlets, business, healthcare, and more.
The Liva Q1D and Q1L are powered by the Intel Apollo Lake series of processors where users can choose from the options of a Pentium N4200 SOC or Celeron N35350 SOC. These mini PCs offer a storage space of 32/64GB eMMC along with the option to expand the storage space through a microSD slot. Both mini PCs support Bluetooth v4.1 connectivity and 802.11ac for faster internet environments. Also, both are equipped with Intel HD Graphics 500/505 with up to 4K support.
Despite the miniature size, the LIVA Q1 series PCs come with an in-built cooling fan which enables the system to stay cool. Connectivity-wise, the Q1 PCs offer two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, one USB 2.0 ports, one HDMI and Gigabit LAN. The Q1D, on the other hand, is also equipped with DisplayPort which enables users to connect double screens while the Q1L, is equipped with 2 Gigabit LAN ports.
The Liva Q1 series of Mini PCs run on the 64-bit Windows 10 OS and come in 2 GB or 4 GB RAM options.
The MSRP for Q1D without OS (4G/64G) N4200 SOC/N3350 SOC is US$240/210 while the MSRP of Q1L without OS (4G/64G)N4200 SOC/N3350 SOC is US$240/210.
