Lenovo has unveiled their new range of portables for the Indian market at an event in the capital today. It consists of thin yet powerful devices that don’t break the bank with their pricing.
Powered by the latest 7th Gen Intel processor, the Yoga Book 720 (Rs.74,500) is suitable for multi-taskers. Coming in an aluminium design, it is quite lightweight at 1.25kg. The Yoga 520 (Rs.39,600) is another addition to the line up with 128GB PCIe SSD and 1TB SATA HDD hybrid storage. Both convertibles include NVIDIA graphic chipsets, 1080p screen and a fingerprint reader. JBL Speakers and Dolby Audio Premium is available in the Yoga 720 while Harman Speakers are used in the Yoga 520. The optional Lenovo Active Pen offers high accuracy, palm rejection technology and pressure sensitivity. With Windows Inking users can sketch portraits, write notes or even share on the go.
The Ideapad 720S (Rs.74,850) is quite thin which is further accentuated by the angled edges. Starting at a weight of just 1.12kg, the device features a backlit keyboard, JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos and upto 8 hours of video playback battery life. More choices are available in the form of the Ideapad 520S (Rs.47,450) and 320S (Rs.34,750) catering to all users.
The Ideapad 520 (Rs.42,400) and 320 (Rs.17,800) are powered with a NVIDIA Geforce 940MX graphics chipset. The 320 has Dolby Audio optimised speakers delivering clear audio with little distortion at any volume. The 520 goes a step further with Harman Speakers and Dolby Audio. The chassis has also undergone a redesign with angled edges and metal surfaces on the forefront.
The pricing of the range starts from Rs.17,800 going all the way upto Rs.74,500.
