Lenovo unveils wide range of laptops

Lenovo has launched a new range of consumer laptops hoping to grab the Indian market this festive season. The models include ideapad 510s, 710s, 310, 510, Miix 310, Yoga 510 and 710.

The affordable and light Miix 310 (Rs.17,490) weighs just 580 grams offering users the choice of a 2-in-1 detachable FullHD display, 64GB eMMC storage and 4GB RAM.

The touchscreen enabled ideapad 310 (Rs.28,390) comes with a FullHD screen, powered by a 7th Gen Intel CPU and dedicated Nvidia graphics. It is available in black, silver, red and purple colours. The Yoga 510 (Rs.40,990) has a stylish design and supports fast charging.

The ideapad 510s (Rs.51,090) is a thin and light device enabling on-the-go productivity and entertainment experience enhanced by the Harman Kardon audio system. The ideapad 510 (Rs.61,690) is a multimedia entertainment system packing in Harman Kardon audio, 7th gen intel processor, FullHD IPS display and 4GB Nvidia graphics.

The ideapad 710s (Rs.73,390) is suitable for users looking for power packed in a small form factor. It has a 13.3″ FullHD IPS panel and a solid state drive. The ideapad Y700 (Rs.1,28,090) is a heavy duty gaming laptop aiming to provide desktop-class performance. The device comes with a gaming kit worth Rs.19,496 which can be purchased for Rs.2,999 with the Y700. It includes an armoured backpack, mechanical keyboard, gaming grade mouse and headset.

The entire range can be experienced and purchased at Lenovo Exclusive stores plus outlets like Croma, Reliance Digital and Ezone.

Lenovo launches latest YOGA devices

Lenovo announced the launch of two of their latest YOGA devices today.

The high end Yoga 900 has a convertible design which allows it to bend in many different angles thanks to the hinges connecting the display and keyboard. It’s equipped with a 13.3″ QHD display with a 3200x1800p resolution powered by a i7-6500U processor with the option of 8/16GB RAM. For storage purposes a 512GB SSD is present and the entire setup powered by a 66w battery. Running on Windows 10, the extremely sleek form factor is able to include many ports – USB Type-C, USB 3.0 compatible,microSD reader and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Available in Champagne Gold at a price of Rs. 1,22,090, the device will be sold in Croma stores, select Lenovo exclusive stores and the official Lenovo online store.

Encased in metal finishing, the YOGA Tab 3 Pro is being marketed by Lenovo as “the world’s smallest home theatre”. The 10.1” QHD display runs at a resolution of 2560x1600p (rendering at 299ppi) housing an Intel Atom X5-Z85000 paired with 2GB RAM. It includes 32GB in-built storage expandable upto 128GB via microSD. It also doubles as a projector and is 180-degree rotatable beaming images onto a wall or ceiling. The inbuilt JBL soundbar incorporates Dolby Atmos technology – a first for any tablet.

The device is powered by a 10200mAh battery offering upto 18 hours of usage. The Tab 3 Pro costs Rs. 39,990 and will officially be sold only on Flipkart.
