Milagrow has launched the Aguabot 5.0 which is India’s first floor robot with full wet mopping and dry vacuuming. Co-incidentally it is also the world’s largest smart mop with a size of 350x210mm.
The device comes with a water reservoir and small mop attachment. It has been built in such a way that the front portion of the mop is designated to wet mopping while the back portion is kept dry to wipe the floor. It incorporates Milagrow’s 5th generation robotic software and comes with dual suction control. The maximum suction can go upto 45W and it can switch modes depending upon the amount of dirt or when the user chooses turbo suction on the remote control. It has a brushless cleaning mechanism which is suitable for carpets.
The Aguabot 5.0 is also equipped with anti-slippage tyres and automobile suspension technology. The movement sensors can send a signal to the CPU in case the movement is improper or the robot is stuck. This ensures that the robot doesn’t become unruly on slippery floors and is able to climb door sills upto 22mms. It can cover an area of almost 3,500 square feet in about 120 minutes which the company claims is the largest coverage area on a single battery charge amongst robotic vacuum cleaners.
Weighing 2.5kgs, the Aguabot 5.0 is available with a 2 year warranty on Milagrow Humantech’s website at a price of Rs. 31,990.
