OPPO’s entry-level TWS Enco Buds sports 24 hours of music playtime

With inundating the market with highly-affordable and feature-rich smartphones, OPPO have forayed into the TWS ear buds market with their latest addition, the OPPO Enco Buds. These TWS earbuds deliver high-quality audio and are a great option for those one a budget looking for a reliable brand to suit their needs.

The Enco Buds are equipped with AI-based call noise cancellation technology and a 24-hour battery life through a 400mAh battery. However, the buds themselves offer a 6-hour playback time through a single charge. These entry-level ear buds are IP54 rated which means that they are dust and water resistant and are well suited for workouts, commutes, and for almost every other activity.

The OPPO Enco Buds utilise Bluetooth v5.2 which also supports binaural low-latency transmission that solves the problems of interference and disconnection to provide quick and stable connections. The Enco Buds come with a low 80ms-latecy Game Mode which enhances the mobile gaming experience by upgrading audio-visual sync in twitch-action games. Users can activate this mode by triple-tapping the ear buds.

Mainly, these TWS ear buds use a 2-layer composite diaphragm as well as the AAC (Advanced Audio Coding), which is a HD audio transmission protocol for crisper and better sound.

On opening the charging case, the Enco Buds utilise the integrated Open-Up Auto Connection feature to automatically turn themselves on. These buds come with intuitive and smart touch controls which help users to manage music, and adjust the volume. Users can also customise the touch controls through the Hey Melody App on their smartphones. The OPPO Enco Buds come with ergonomically-designed ear tips in three sizes in order ensure a good fit along with maximum comfort.

The boAt Airdopes 501 ANC is a feature-rich pair of TWS earbuds that sports Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (up to 30dB) which can suppress noise that spans over a broader range of frequencies. With the latest Bluetooth v5.2 providing lag-free connection, the Airdopes 501 ANC are also equipped with the “IWP” (Insta Wake ‘N’ Pair) technology, which instantly pairs the earbuds with the smartphone as soon as the case lid is opened. The right earbud possesses an ‘in-ear detection’ feature too which detects whether the user is wearing the Airdopes or not, and automatically pauses or plays music accordingly.

These new Airdopes 501 ANC possess large 8mm drivers which deliver impressive bass. These earbuds provide a playback time of up to 5 hours and the case provides additional charging which increases the total playback time to 28 hours.

The Airdopes 501 ANC are IPX4 rated which offers sweat and dust resistance and it is also integrated with quick response touch controls which aid in controlling playback, attending calls, and activating the smartphones voice assistants.
