Amsterdam based device maker TomTom launched a trio of new fitness trackers for the Indian market. The TomTom Touch, TomTom Adventurer GPS Outdoor watch and TomTom Spark 3 GPS multisport are targeting different segments and consumers.
TomTom Touch fitness tracker has been designed to be worn 24×7 tracking all activities like sleep, steps, all day heart rate, calories burned and also comes equipped with sports mode for running, cycling or hitting the gym. Users can also view smartphone notifications on it. The MySports companion app can be used to check stats, progress and share achievements with friends. Performance statistics and graphs help make sense of their activities and the effect they have on body composition over time.
TomTom Adventurer GPS is built with dedicated sports modes for hiking, trail running, skiing and snowboarding. It is also equipped with 24×7 activity tracker, multi-sport mode, built-in heart rate monitor, music player, barometer, compass and automatic lift detection for snow sports. It also comes with GPS tracking and Route Exploration.
TomTom Spark 3 GPS Multisport Fitness watch comes with Route Exploration that can help users easily explore trails on their way back. When a user hits the road, the GPS trace is displayed on the watch display along with the integrated compass allowing them to find the way back to the start. The Spark 3 also sports brand new, slimmer and sleeker straps in a range of colours. TomTom Sports is the new division from the company that will house all the fitness products from the company now on.
