TCL Unveils Range of TVs

TCL has announced the launch of three brand-new TV innovations with Dolby’s latest audio and imaging innovations. The company has launched the C835 New Generation Mini LED 4K Google TV with 144Hz VRR, the C635 Gaming QLED 4K TV and the P735 4K HDR Google TV.

The TCL C835 offers features like 144Hz VRR, ONKYO, IMAX Enhanced, Dolby Vision IQ, Dolby Atmos, HDR 10+, MEMC, HDMI 2.1, etc. It is powered by QLED technology. It also offers 144Hz VRR, reportedly providing faster responsiveness, sharper imagery and smoother game-play. It also comes with Google TV. The TCL C835 comes in 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch variants priced at INR 1,19,990, INR 1,59,990, and INR 2,29,990, respectively.

The TCL C635 has HDR 10+ technology that optimises picture quality for a 4K display by using dynamic tone mapping to reflect frame-to-frame variations in brightness, colour saturation and contrast. The device is integrated with the ONKYO sound system and Dolby Atmos. It also boasts a powerful processor that ensures that high-definition and globally superior games function without any hiccup. It features a video call camera (optional) which supports Google Duo and has Google TV. The TCL C635 is available in 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch variants at INR 44,990, INR 54,990, INR 64,990, INR 85,990 and INR 1,49,990 respectively.

Integrated with Wide Colour Gamut, 4K HDR, and MEMC (Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation), the TCL P735 boasts smooth visuals and comes with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Its HDMI 2.1 supports higher video resolutions and faster refresh rate and the TV features ALLM optimisation, automatically switching to low-lag presets to offer smooth game-play. It also comes with Google TV. The TCL P735 is available in 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch and 65-inch variants at INR 35,990, INR 41,990, INR 49,990 and INR 69,990 respectively.

Asus Unveils Two Graphics Cards

Asus has announced two new graphics cards featuring the latest NVIDIA mainstream chipset, the Phoenix GeForce GTX 1630 and the TUF Gaming GeForce GTX 1630.

The Phoenix GeForce GTX 1630 features a single Axial-tech fan design with dual ball-bearings and IP5X dust resistance. This two-slot graphics card is under seven inches long. It is built using Asus Auto-Extreme Technology, which is reported to solder components without human intervention. Afterward, the graphics cards reportedly undergo a gauntlet of testing that lasts 144 hours.

Asus has also offered the TUF Gaming GeForce GTX 1630 and TUF Gaming GeForce GTX 1630 OC Edition. With boost clocks of up to 1815 MHz on the OC Edition (1845 MHz in OC mode) and 4 GB of GDDR6 RAM, these graphics cards can reportedly handle the latest esports titles at smooth frame rates. Both TUF Gaming models are 2.3 slots wide and over eight inches long. Featuring a dual fan design with space-grade lubricant, the TUF Gaming cards share the same Auto-Extreme assembly process and 144-hour validation as the Phoenix GeForce GTX 1630. With HDMI 2.0b, DisplayPort 1.4a and DVI-D ports, these graphics cards can also be used by multi-monitor enthusiasts who want to upgrade an existing setup.

Gizmore Partners with Snapdeal to Launch Slate

Gizmore has announced the launch of Slate at an introductory price of INR 2,699. It is the first women-centric smartwatch from the brand.

Targeting the women users, Slate boasts of a unique design with a rectangular dial with 1.57-inch IPS Curved Display and 500-nits peak brightness. It supports Always-on-Display (AoD) feature. Encased in a sleek metal frame, the smartwatch comes with a silicone strap and has been launched in pink, grey and black colours and will retail exclusively on Snapdeal.

The smartwatch has a heart rate monitor, blood oxygen monitor, sleep tracker, hydration alert, meditative breathing and menstrual cycle tracker. It has multiple sports modes, including Running, Yoga, Swimming, Basketball, Cycling, Trekking, Aerobics, etc. It comes infused with features such as body temperature, Bluetooth-calling and Alexa voice assistant. It supports more than 100 watch faces and its battery is reported to deliver up to seven-days of non-stop performance on a single charge.

Blaupunkt Launches Truly Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds

Blaupunkt has launched a new set of TWS earbuds in India called the BTW100 TWS. They come with ENC CRISPR technology that filters ambient noises while on a call and only picks up human voices. The earbuds come with a stem design and charge inside an oval shaped charging case. They have a battery life of up to 40 hours playtime.

The earbuds are powered by a 10 mm driver and the speakers produce ‘Stereo high definition’ sound. For connectivity, the earbuds use Bluetooth 5.1 which enables a maximum range of 30ft without signal loss or mic dropout. They also feature an 80ms latency mode for gaming and are enabled with intuitive touch controls.

The Blaupunkt BTW100 TWS have a straight stem with chrome edges while the charging case has a clamshell-like design. The charging case packs a 400mAh battery that is backed by TurboVolt Charging feature providing 1 hour of playback time with 15 minutes. Additional features include sweat, water and dust resistance.

The Blaupunkt BTW100 TWS earbuds are priced at INR 2,999 and are available in two colour options i.e. Black and White. The product is available on Amazon.

Daiwa has unveiled its latest FHD Smart TV i.e. ‘L42FVC4U’. It is a 40-inch, Full HD Smart LED TV with a motion sensor remote that has an inbuilt mouse for easy access to apps and shortcuts to entertainment apps. It is also equipped with 2 IR lenses which helps the remote to be operated from a larger distance. It comes with a gloss finish along with a slim bezel.
