Samsung is on a phone launching spree in India. The Korean company has announced the Galaxy J7 Max and Galaxy J7 Pro that cater to the budget-conscious crowd. The Galaxy J7 Max is priced at Rs. 17,900 and features a unibody design with a 5.7-inch Full HD display, Android 7 on board, 1.6GHz Mediatek CPU, 4GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage. There’s also a microSD card slot to expand the storage.
On the camera front, the front-facing and rear-facing camera have 13-megapixel sensor accompanied by flash and 3300mAh battery. Interestingly, the phone also marks the first device in India to be equipped with Samsung Pay mini. Pay mini will allow users to use their UPI and mobile wallet accounts like Paytm through Samsung Pay mini service.
The Galaxy J7 Pro boasts a sleek metal unibody design and is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core Exynos processor, 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It also runs Android Nougat and features a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, 3600mAh battery, microSD card support and 13-megapixel camera on the front and back with flash. The Galaxy J7 Pro will also support Samsung Pay that was previously available only with Samsung flagship devices.
Additionally, both phones come with a Social Camera app that makes the captured images easy to share on social media platforms.
