Asus has added two more devices to its Zenfone portfolio that include the Max M1 and Lite L1. They have been built specially for the Indian market taking into account their needs and usage.
Both are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC making it one of the very few smartphones in this price bracket to offer an octa-core processor although it is more than 2.5 years old. There is no notch on the 800:1 contrast display having an 18:9 aspect ratio. Both devices come with 100GB free Google Drive storage, a first in this segment. The ZenUI 5.0 comes with 14 pre-loaded apps trying to keep bloatware to a minimum.
Available in Black and Gold colours, Asus Zenfone Lite L1 is priced at Rs.6,999 with a limited period price of Rs.5,999 during the Flipkart Festive Sale. Zenfone Max M1 costs Rs.8,999 with a limited period price of Rs.7,499 during the aforementioned sale.
