GOQii has updated its app that brings new features like Referee and GOQii Arena. Referee is a food and nutrition detector that takes advantage of food recognition machine learning algorithms to identify different foods and show users their nutrition information. GOQii claims to have tested Referee on thousands of dishes and can identify food from Indian and Continental cuisine.

Arena on the other hand, is a motivational platform to connect other GOQii members and motivate each other in making a lifestyle change. Arena enables users to create their own with similar health goals and challenge each other.

The app is available on both iOS and Android.
