HP launched the new Envy x360 Premium convertible notebook in India that succeeds the older Envy x360. The laptop is powered by AMD Ryzen and Vega hardware.
Coming to the configuration, Windows 10 is the OS of choice, option of Ryzen 3 or Ryzen 5 processor, Radeon Vega 6 or Radeon Vega 8 graphics, upto 8GB DDR4 RAM and M.2 SSD or 5400rpm HDD. HP is touting upto 12.5 hours of battery life on a single charge. The battery is equipped with HP Fast Charge technology that is said to go from 0% to 50% in 45 minutes.
The FHD micro edge display is protected by a Gorilla Glass NBT panel. B&O speakers have been used for the audio that is further enhanced by HP Audio Boost technology. It is bundled with the HP Active Pen that is compatible with Windows Ink. The laptop weight starts from 1.3kg depending upon the configuration.
The HP Envy x360 models start from Rs.60,990 going on sale from 1 November on the HP Shopping website. The company is also offering the HP Envy Urban Sleeve (Rs.1,999), Envy Urban Backpack (Rs.4,999), Envy Urban Top-load (Rs.3,999) and Envy Urban Tote (Rs.4,499). Pre-booking before 25 October will net a free HP Envy Top-load bag .
