The Huawei P9 has finally been released in India today, 4 months after it was globally launched in various parts of the world. The device hasn’t gotten any upgrade and is identical to when it was first unveiled.
The USP and selling point of the device is the dual lens rear camera which has been engineered in collaboration with Leica. They both sport 12MP lens with f/2.2 aperture – one being RGB and the other monochrome. This enables the smartphone to provide a superior image.
The P9 is priced at Rs.39,999 and will be sold exclusively on Flipkart from 3pm onwards. Huawei is providing a VIP service with 2 year warranty, 3 month screen replacement warranty along with a pickup and drop service.
While there is no news of whether the P9 Plus will make an appearance, the company also announced the sale of the Huawei Watch Stainless Steel edition at Rs.22,999 which is identical to the price of the original edition. The watch will also be sold solely on Flipkart.
