Microsoft India has announced a special offer for Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL consumers. All existing and new users of Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL are now eligible to get a one-year subscription of Office 365 Personal for free. The O365 personal subscription valued at Rs 3,299 gives access to Office software on the phone, PC as well as a tablet, allowing users to create, edit and view their documents.
Enhancing the Office experience is Windows 10’s Continuum feature, which, with the help of the Display Dock (can be claimed for free for new customers) offers PC-like experience on a larger display with a mouse and a display.
The Office 365 subscription offer is valid till June, whereas the Display Dock offer is valid till stocks last.
Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL went on sale in India late last year and has been selling on Amazon India for Rs 43,699 and Rs 49,399 respectively.
Steps to redeem the offers
The Office 365 Personal one-year free subscription on Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL
Step 1: Download/Open the Lumia Offers app on your Lumia 950 or Lumia 950 XL.
Step 2: On being directed to the list of offers available, consumers have to choose ‘1-year Office 365’.
Step 3: Enter the email and tap ‘continue’ for instructions to claim the subscription.
Microsoft Display Dock + HDMI cable free with Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL
Step 1: Submit the online trade-in-claim on http://getdock.in followed by the IMEI number of the new device.
Step 2: Post the IMEI validation, consumers will be directed to fill in the address details.
Step 3: An email confirmation will be sent to the consumers followed by the Display Dock and HDMI cable within even working days.
